If you didn't know already, the Tifa dynamic theme was formerly exclusive to a Butter Fingers Chocolate Bar Promo in the United States however you could get it for free in japan with a Japanese PSN account.
However starting today June 2nd 2020, the theme is now available for FREE on the North American PSN Store.
